This is likely because LinkedIn wants its users to stay on their platform, which is an issue if you want to direct a consumer to one of your blog posts off LinkedIn. Putting your external link in the comments section and encouraging the reader to click it with the “check the first comment” CTA navigates this problem:

LinkedIn allows using emojis, but you must balance personality with professionalism.
